Cannonball Recruiting is growing and Hiring a Sales Professional around the Phoenix/ Scottsdale area. Comp is 60- 70k base salary + commissions. 

Now Hiring: Sales Professional – Scottsdale, AZ
Cannonball Recruiting is expanding and we’re looking for a motivated Salesperson to join our team in the Phoenix area. This role offers the opportunity to drive growth in a dynamic, fast-moving division with uncapped earning potential.

Compensation:
Base salary: up to $70,000
Plus commissions based on division growth and a % of revenue brought in

Ideal Background:
We’re seeking someone with prior sales experience in construction, manufacturing, or service-related industries. Experience in HVAC sales, plumbing sales, commercial construction sales, or recruiting sales is highly valued.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven track record in B2B or service sales
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for growth
Strong communication and negotiation skills
