Position - Wire Line Production

Job Location –  Eau Claire, WI

Starting Date –  Immediate

Employment Term –  Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type –  Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (7am-330pm, Monday-Friday)

Starting Pay – $19 per hour

Required Education –  High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience –  Manufacturing experience preferred, Assembly experience highly preferred

 

We are looking for a dedicated individual to assist in assembling electrical systems. This role involves installing wiring using a step-by-step instruction manual. Attention to detail and a willingness to learn are essential, as well as basic knowledge of using hand tools and power tools. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, safety, and quality in their work while collaborating with a team to meet production goals. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor the wire line machine to supply the production team with necessary wire bundles for upcoming tasks.
  • Follow instructions and collaborate with team members to meet production and safety objectives.
  • Ensure precision and maintain high-quality standards in all work performed.
  • Inspect wire bundles to confirm they meet required specifications.
  • Clean and maintain equipment and work areas to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Prioritize personal safety and adhere to established safety protocols at all times.
  • Adapt to various roles as needed to support overall production goals.
  • Uphold the company's Vision, Values, and Strategic Goals.
  • Comply with all company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications 

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred in a production/warehouse environment.
  • Previous assembly experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
