As a Technical Project Manager, Forward Deployed Operations , you will:
Architect and implement resilient networks using our in-house tools.
Design processes that scale deployments seamlessly, from single locations to hundreds of sites.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer requirements with technical solutions.
Drive deployment efficiency and operational excellence, setting standards for future scaling.
Manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables across distributed teams.
Experience:
0–4 years managing technical implementation projects, ideally including cross-functional collaboration, customer or vendor management.
Experience deploying physical technology products preferred.
Technical background (networking, IT infrastructure, or related) is strongly preferred but can be trained.
Skills:
Strong project management: ability to coordinate deadlines and deliverables.
Problem-solving: identify and resolve technical or operational issues proactively.
Systems thinking: learn and apply technical concepts quickly.
Excellent communication: translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Soft Skills:
Collaborative and customer-focused.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and scaling processes in a fast-growing environment.
Interest in infrastructure and technology as a utility.
