**Responsibilities for the Salesforce Administrator include but are not limited to:**
+ Set up a new Salesforce app space for a new business unit, including custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, screen flows, formula fields, and approval processes.
+ Configure profiles, roles, and sharing rules to maintain data isolation across business units.
+ Design, build, and deploy a Partner Community portal for external agency contacts and manage user access controls.
+ Configure Einstein Activity Capture for communication tracking and migrate users from legacy Outlook connectors.
+ Implement Salesforce Calendar and event workflows, including data migration from spreadsheets into Salesforce with accurate field mapping.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure business alignment and compliance with organizational standards.
+ Interpret business requirements and work independently under the guidance of the Salesforce Platform Manager.
**Candidates for the Salesforce Administrator must meet the following requirements to be considered:**
+ Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with declarative tools (Flows, Dynamic Forms, Approval Processes).
+ Proven expertise with Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) setup and external user management.
+ Strong understanding of data security, sharing rules, and access control in multi-business-unit environments.
+ Experience implementing Einstein Activity Capture and managing integrations.
+ Strong communication and documentation skills with a proactive and analytical mindset.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform App Builder Certification.
+ Additional certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant or Experience Cloud are a plus.
+ Experience supporting healthcare or insurance-related Salesforce implementations.

**Pay Details:** $72.24 per hour
