Job Description

Seeking a remote Speech-Language Pathologist (Teletherapy) to serve K12 students across New Mexico as an independent contractor (1099). Must hold or be eligible for a New Mexico SLP license, with a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and ASHA CCC certification. Candidates should have at least 12 years of school-based experience, be comfortable using teletherapy platforms, and possess reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace.

• Responsibilities include conducting virtual assessments, developing individualized treatment plans and IEPs, delivering engaging therapy sessions, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Participate in virtual IEP meetings, collaborate with educational teams, and stay current on teletherapy best practices using telehealth tools.
• Must comply with NM telehealth regulations, including licensure requirements, and have access to necessary technology such as a webcam, headset, and a suitable device.
