    * Mastery of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Six Sigma).

    * Strong leadership skills to build, mentor, and motivate large project teams.

    * Experience in developing contingency plans and managing project crises.

    * Strong understanding of project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Roles and Responsibilities:
