Are you the steady hand that keeps great print moving?

Picture this: it’s second shift in our Minneapolis, MN 55428 facility. The press hums—a KBA 105/106, 6- and 7-color, 40" sheetfed workhorse. You’re the feeder who ensures sheets are staged, aligned, and flowing, while color and registration stay true from first pull to final stack.

Your impact

• Partner with a press operator to set up, operate, and maintain KBA sheetfed presses.
• Guard print quality by monitoring press conditions and making timely adjustments.
• Assist with balancing ink and water to achieve clean, consistent litho results.
• Pitch in on routine maintenance and assist with troubleshooting.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with production to meet deadlines and output goals.
• Keep the press area clean, organized, and safe.
• Adhere strictly to safety procedures and company policies.

What you’ll need to succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent; extra credit for printing tech training.
• Hands-on experience as a Litho Press Feeder or closely related role.
• Strong understanding of offset printing and pressroom equipment.
• Detail orientation and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and contribute within a team.
• Clear communication and a positive demeanor.
• Flexibility for overtime when production ramps up.

• 2nd shift, four 10-hour days
• Mon–Thu, 2pm–12am
• Minneapolis, MN 55428
