Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:00 a.m. - until Some Fridays if needed and some mandatory OT required.
Responsibilities:
Loins placed in through according to style of pack being run. Solid and Chunk appearance should be noticeable when cans are filled. Feed machine in continuous/steady manner assuring no gaps in feeding. Stop conveyor when fish in unavailable. Maintain a clean work area. Comply with Company policies and safety procedures. Cans should never be handled without proper use of cut resistant gloves.
Job Duties:
1. Cut resistant gloves are to be worn at all times. 2. Receive work assignment from Supervisor/Team Leader 3. Operate cleaning table belt to maintain proper amount of fish loins delivered to packing machine by pushing the start and/or stop buttons located above the feeder work station. 4. Pick up loins from table belt and place in packer feed belt 5. Report any machine problems or safety hazards to Mechanic and/or Supervisor 6. Keep work area clean and safe 7. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/Team Leader 8. Comply with Company policies and safety requirements 9. No jewelry, hairpins, fake nails, fake lashes, or loose clothing allowed at any time.
