Responsibilities:

• Welcome and guide prospective tenants through property tours, showcasing unit features and community amenities.
• Respond promptly and professionally to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Process rental applications, conduct reference verifications, and prepare lease agreements.
• Assist with all aspects of the move-in and move-out process, as well as lease renewals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date leasing and occupancy data using AppFolio property management software.
• Provide administrative support to the Property Manager and assist with resident communications and relations.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives, including managing online listings and helping coordinate community events.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of leasing experience (multifamily is desired).
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing demands.
• Strong customer service skills.
