We’re looking for motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our team as Fundraising Events Assistants . This is an entry-level role with full paid training , making it perfect for candidates who want a career in nonprofit outreach, events, or fundraising .
Represent nonprofits at fundraising events, community outreach programs, and public activations
Engage attendees with enthusiasm and professionalism to share information about nonprofit missions
Assist with event setup, execution, and follow-up activities
Build relationships with supporters to encourage long-term donor engagement
Support the planning and coordination of local fundraising campaigns
Collaborate with your team to ensure events run smoothly and goals are met
Outgoing, enthusiastic, and passionate about making a difference
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn
Comfortable interacting with the public in fast-paced environments
Interested in nonprofit work, fundraising, or social impact
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
No prior experience required — full paid training provided
Paid training in nonprofit fundraising, donor engagement, and event coordination
