Position: Data Entry Clerk
AYS Inc is a leading company in the Educational field and we are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter data into our database system
- Verify and correct any errors or discrepancies in data
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Basic math and data analysis skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
