Job Description

The Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of sales and execution administrative responsibilities for Customer Service Group (CSG).
The ideal candidate is a customer-focused, organized, and helpful problem-solver with proven experience providing positive and professional interactions with customers (internal and external) to ensure customer satisfaction utilizing excellent communication skills; time management, analytical skills, and customer service skills are a must.
Primary Responsibilities Will Include
Act as a primary contact and communication point for customers, sales, CSG and/or responsible FANUC representatives.
Assign and distribute leads within CSG Sales group.
Assign and maintain CSG RFQ log.
Follow up on CSG sales opportunities and maintain status in RFQ database.
Lead CSG marketing initiatives, including creating newsletters, managing special announcements, and maintaining CSG datasheets, price sheets, and marketing tools.
Track customer satisfaction initiatives.
Track and maintain CSG Corporate Pricing Agreements.
Track and maintain Certified Service Provider (CSP) yearly parts performance.
Create quarterly letters to CSPs for yearly parts performance, training records, and certifications.
Coordinate Service Engineer Certification Exam (SECE) with CSP and FAC Training.
Follow up with customers directly on sales as needed.
Assist with CSG Sales forecast.
Generate monthly bookings and billings reports.
Administrate OTS for CSG.
Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Experience And Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum three years of related experience in customer service with demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple activities and job assignments.
Strong proficiency in Oracle ERP systems
Experienced in coordinating data and pricing strategies, while developing creative marketing concepts to support CSG execution teams.
Experience with FANUC equipment and systems preferred.
