Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer is a key player in a community bank. This goes beyond bean-counting and numbers crunching. This is a role with a true community-focused bank - high energy and intent are a must! This position oversees a myriad of banking departments, subject to change based on the expertise of the candidate. This role will oversee many operations duties.

CFO Requirements

* 5+ years in the banking industry, ideally within the accounting department
* Operations experience
* Investments experience
* Auditing background
* Leadership experience
* Degree in financing or another business field

CFO Responsibilities

* Typical management responsibilities
* Prepare, determine, and approve all types of payments
* Review accounts
* Investments
* ACH Department functions
* Oversee/develop the implementation of different systems and activities
* Answer questions and troubleshoot issues daily
