We are partnered with a major manufacturer in the Frankton, IN area that is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team on either 2nd or 3rd shift. In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy while fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory management, and shipping.
• Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates, providing training and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure stock availability.
• Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes to optimize productivity.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of warehouse activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory software.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
