Job Title: Travel Ultrasound Technician (General)
Location: Watertown, NY
Weekly Gross: Up to $2,340/week
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (no overnights, limited weekends after mid-August)
Guaranteed Hours: 36/week
On-Call: Not Required
Overtime:
Daily OT after 24 hours (per multiplier)
Weekly OT after 48 hours (per multiplier)
A leading healthcare facility in Upstate New York is seeking a qualified Ultrasound Sonographer for a 13-week travel assignment . The role involves performing general, vascular, and obstetric ultrasound exams on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.
RequirementsGraduate of an AMA-approved program in Radiologic Technology or Medical Sonography
At least 1 year of relevant imaging experience
Proficient in general anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
Hands-on experience with major sonography systems and software
Vascular and obstetric ultrasound experience required
ARDMS certified or registry-eligible
Current BCLS certification
Must maintain all applicable state and federal licenses/registrations
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
High level of professionalism , confidentiality , and independent judgment
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
