Staffmax is partnering with our client to hire a detail-oriented and proactive Tenant Services Coordinator for an 8-month contract. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting the leasing and property management teams by serving as a key point of contact for tenants, landlords, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation

• Manage tenant onboarding and maintain ongoing communication

• Track lease expirations, renewals, and other critical dates

• Maintain accurate lease records and data in internal systems

• Prepare regular reports on leasing activity and portfolio performance

• Collaborate with legal, finance, and property management to ensure compliance with lease terms

• Respond to inquiries from current tenants and prospective lessees

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial or residential leasing, or property management

• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Customer-focused with a professional, solutions-oriented approach

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi or similar leasing software is an asset

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
