Iconica is seeking a Superintendent I to join our team in Summer 2026!

As an entry-level Superintendent, you will support the field and construction team to ensure projects are completed safely, on budget, and on schedule. You’ll gain hands-on experience while helping coordinate project activities and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in developing, monitoring, and tracking critical path dates and milestone schedules.
• Supporting weekly foreman meetings.
• Documenting daily project activities through logs and photographs.
• Helping define and review expectations for subcontractors.
• Conducting weekly safety inspections and documenting observations.
• Performing carpentry and general construction tasks as needed.
• Helping strengthen relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Qualified candidates will have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Minimum of one year of construction field experience (internships or co-op experience accepted).
• Familiarity with construction and carpentry tools and equipment, including power tools.
• Knowledge of jobsite safety procedures.
• Proficiency in Procore (preferred).
• Leadership roles in extracurricular activities or student organizations.
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High initiative and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
