Job Description: Are you passionate about teaching and making a difference in the education system? Sub Teacher Source is seeking dedicated Substitute Teachers to join our team. As a Substitute Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in diverse school environments, supporting students' educational needs.
Responsibilities:
Deliver lesson plans provided by the absent teacher, ensuring continuity in students' education.
Adapt to different classroom environments and grade levels, maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere.
Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, respectful learning environment.
Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents as needed.
Follow school district policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelors Degree (in Education or related is preferred.)
HighSchool Diploma or GED REQUIRED
Age: 21+
Previous experience in teaching or substitute teaching is highly desirable.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to different educational settings and grade levels.
Passionate about education and making a positive impact on students' lives.
