Department Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our Restaurant Experience team as the Senior Director Global Operations. This role will play a critical part in shaping and executing McDonald's corporate-owned restaurant (McOpCo) strategy across global markets. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in operations, finance, and franchising, and will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving alignment, performance, and reinvestment decisions across McOpCo markets.
