We are seeking a results-driven and analytical SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing effective search engine optimization strategies that drive organic traffic improve search engine rankings and support business growth objectives. As an SEO Specialist you will be responsible for both on-page and off-page SEO keyword research technical SEO and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify growth opportunities and target valuable search terms.
Audit analyze and optimize website content structure and metadata to improve organic search visibility.
Execute on-page SEO strategies including content optimization internal linking and schema markup.
Develop and implement off-page SEO activities such as link-building and outreach campaigns.
Monitor analyze and report on website performance using tools such as Google Analytics Google Search Console and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
Collaborate with content creators developers and designers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across digital channels.
Stay current with the latest trends algorithm updates and SEO tools to maintain competitive advantage.
Identify and resolve technical SEO issues including site speed crawl errors and mobile usability.
Prepare detailed SEO performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
Support broader digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
3 years of proven experience in SEO digital marketing or a related role.
Solid understanding of search engine algorithms ranking factors and SEO best practices.
Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics Google Search Console SEMrush Ahrefs Moz or equivalent.
Experience with content management systems (e.g. WordPress Shopify Drupal).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with HTML CSS and basic web development concepts is a plus.
