Job Description

We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join us as Remote Travel Agents . In this role, you will help clients plan and book vacations, cruises, honeymoons, family getaways, and group trips. You don't need any prior travel industry experience; full training and ongoing support are provided.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy planning, researching, organizing, and helping others experience stress-free travel. It offers flexibility, remote work, and long-term growth potential within the travel industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with researching and booking vacations, cruises, honeymoons, and group travel
  • Recommend destinations, resorts, and experiences tailored to client needs
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Communicate with clients via email, phone, and online platforms
  • Provide exceptional customer service and timely follow-up

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must reside and be legally eligible to work in one of the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, or Mexico
  • Reliable internet access and a computer or smart device
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Customer service experience is a plus

  • Marketing skills are a plus (training provided)

  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

  • Interest in travel and helping others
