Position Overview
We’re seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team as 1099 Independent Contractors . This role offers the autonomy and one-on-one patient interaction typical of private duty nursing —without the rigid schedules or overwhelming caseloads of traditional settings.

What You’ll Do
Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to a small caseload
Collaborate with a care team and follow individualized care plans
Monitor patient conditions and report changes as needed
Deliver care with compassion, respect, and professionalism
Requirements
Current RN or LPN license in good standing
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes
Experience in home health, hospice, or private duty preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
