Regional Manager – Houston, TX
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations for a portfolio of residential communities in Dallas and Houston
• Travel up to 50% of the time for site visits, audits, and team support
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management for on-site teams
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and monitor financial performance
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, leasing goals, and resident satisfaction
• Report to VP of Operations and CEO with timely updates and strategic recommendations
