Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Train and become proficient in required techniques, equipment operation, and software for testing, data analysis, and reporting.
• Perform routine QC tests accurately and on time under supervision and according to standard protocols.
• Prioritize daily workload and develop independent working skills.
• Analyze data, report test results, and complete necessary documentation and database entries.
• Calibrate and maintain lab equipment, reporting issues to the QC Supervisor or Manager.
• Maintain logs and required documentation.
• Prepare lab supplies, reagents, and assist in general laboratory maintenance.
• Promote and ensure a safe work environment, including addressing corrective actions when hazards are identified.
• Notify supervisors and Safety Officers of any hazardous conditions or unsafe work practices.
• Participate in group or intra-department teams and projects as needed.
• Engage in cross-training assignments.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Experience Required

• No prior experience explicitly required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Experience in a laboratory environment or with flow cytometry is a plus.

Eligibilities & qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant scientific field
