Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Drive the shaping, planning, and execution of the ITSS team’s major infrastructure projects.
Ensure actions align with architecture and standards delivery.
Manage project scope, budget, risk, and change control, escalating issues as necessary.
Coordinate the execution of the communication plan and participate in decision-making where appropriate.
Manage project progress and adapt work as required.
Partner with Mergers and Acquisition team members and drive related projects.
Oversee vendor management for projects in scope.
Collaborate with all infrastructure towers to ensure appropriate direction.

Experience Required

5+ years in IT Program/Project Management or Project Execution.
Extensive experience managing IT projects/programs.
Proven history demonstrating subject matter expertise in IT infrastructure including network, data center, and telephony technologies.
Experience in execution of large-scale infrastructure projects, leading outsourced delivery teams.

Skills & Certifications

Strong knowledge in IT infrastructure including network, data center, telephony technologies, cloud compute & storage (e.g., Azure, Oracle, AWS), and infrastructure solution design.
Excellent communication skills spanning several levels of leadership.
Proficiency in IT Project Management Tools (MS Project, SharePoint, ServiceNow or equivalent).
Project Risk/Issue/Change Management.
Effective leadership and work delivery through others.
Ability to manage in a complex environment.
Vendor management.

Eligibilities & qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or similar field of study/work experience.
Planview experience.
Ability to work independently.
Change Management.
