Overview :
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Scheduler to join our team. This position plays a critical role in overseeing day-to-day job scheduling, technician coordination, and production efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience managing high-volume service scheduling, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily and long-term technician schedules to optimize productivity.
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely and efficient job completion.
- Monitor job progress and make real-time adjustments to keep workflows on track.
- Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs and prioritize service calls.
- Communicate clearly with customers when needed to confirm scheduling or resolve conflicts.
- Maintain detailed scheduling and production records in company systems.
- Identify process improvements and help implement more efficient scheduling practices.
- Work closely with operations, sales, and field leadership to ensure smooth communication.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of scheduling, dispatching, or production management experience (preferably in pest control, trades, or service industries).
- Proven ability to manage multiple moving parts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Tech-savvy; comfortable with scheduling software, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
