Startup Product Designer
Location: Onsite in New York City

About the Role:
A5 is helping a NYC based early seed startup add a Product Designer. In this role, you will be creating intuitive and efficient workflows for complex, AI-driven enterprise solutions. Your primary focus will be on tackling challenging design problems related to enterprise-level configuration, AI automation, and achieving a balance between flexibility and ease of use. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in an enterprise environment and a portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of the design process, from problem definition to final implementation, informed by solid UX research.
A history of solving complex UX and UI challenges
Proficiency in design tools, especially Figma, and familiarity with building design systems
Strong understanding of the software development process (coding experience is a plus)
Strong at stakeholder management and UX research collaboration
At least 2 years working for a SaaS / Enterprise software company
Highly adept at user interviews, user testing and iterative design
