We're seeking a driven, creative, and data-focused SEO & PPC Marketing Specialist to join our team in Kennesaw, GA. This is a full-time, in-office role where you'll collaborate closely with our marketing team to grow our online presence and drive measurable results.
Position Overview:
As the SEO & PPC Marketing Specialist, you will be the subject matter expert for managing our digital marketing campaigns across search engines and social platforms. You'll own the strategy, execution, and performance tracking of SEO and paid advertising campaigns, while also crafting compelling copy and content to engage audiences. You'll work alongside another marketing team member who focuses on visuals and design.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
Manage and monitor PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
Create and refine ad copy, landing pages, and content that capture attention and drive conversions.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using metrics and analytics tools.
Recommend adjustments to campaigns based on data-driven insights.
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
Collaborate with the marketing visuals lead to align copy and creative assets for campaigns.
Assist in managing Federal Flags' social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other platforms .
Provide monthly reports detailing performance, spend, ROI, and actionable insights.
Qualifications:
2+ years of hands-on SEO and PPC experience (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar).
Demonstrated ability to manage paid campaigns with measurable results.
Excellent writing skills for ads, web copy, and social posts .
Strong analytical mindset with experience turning metrics into clear reports and recommendations.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, in-office environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
