**Job Requirements**
Required Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED.
Required Licensure & Certifications:
State-Specific Phlebotomy Certification/License (as applicable to state of practice):
Basic Life Support (BLS-CPR) Certification: Required upon hire or transfer.
Preferred Certifications:
Phlebotomy program certificate.

**Pay Range**
$16.29 - $21.79 /hour
