Job Description

Full-time Role: Personal Care Assistant Company Name: AbaCares Services Compensation: $14 - $15 per hour Duration: 40 hours weekly Job Location: RED LION, Pennsylvania Role Description: The Personal Care Assistant is responsible for providing compassionate care and support to individuals needing assistance. This role includes various duties related to personal care, Lighthouse-keeping tasks, medication reminding, mobility support, and helping individuals navigate stairs. Responsibilities:

Meal Preparation
Housework/Chores
Managing Medications
Shopping
Transportation
Locomotion
Stairs assistance

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Caregiver, Personal Care Assistant, or similar role.
Must pass a comprehensive background check.
Demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail and follow care plans accurately.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and compassionate demeanor.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Physical ability to perform the position's duties, including lifting and transferring clients as needed.
A commitment to providing high-quality, empathetic care to individuals in need.
