Job SummaryThe Night Auditor will responsible for overseeing the financial operations during the night shift, ensuring accurate accounting of daily transactions, and providing support for the finance team during the voyage. Your attention to detail and financial expertise will contribute to the organization's financial integrity during the voyage.

· Financial Transactions: Accurately record and reconcile financial transactions that occur during the night shift during the voyage;

· Auditing: Conduct audits of daily financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards during the voyage;

· Guest Billing: Handle guest billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies during the voyage;

· Reporting: Prepare and distribute financial reports for management and other departments during the voyage;

· Security: Monitor security measures and report any incidents or concerns during the night shift during the voyage;

· Support: Provide support to the finance team during the voyage as needed, including data entry and financial record-keeping during the voyage. Print of all guest's key cards for the next voyageRequirements:• Fluency in English is mandatory, with excellent verbal and written communication skills;

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred);

• Previous experience in night audit or finance-related roles is advantageous during the voyage;

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel during the voyage;

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping during the voyage;

• Effective communication and problem-solving skills during the voyage;

• Ability to work independently during night shifts during the voyage;

• Experience in other cruise companies, in cruise vessels of similar size (150000 GT/3400 pax) is a plus;

• Understanding of security protocols and the ability to report incidents during the voyage.

Documentation Requirements:• Valid Passport;

• Valid Seamans Book

• STCW Certification.6 Months On – 2 Months Off
