Job Description: Mechanical Design Engineer IV Location: Greenville, United States Start Date: 28 October 2025 Pay Rate: $60 Per Hour Job Description: As a Mechanical Design Engineer IV, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of complex mechanical systems and components. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop mechanical systems and components using CAD software Perform engineering calculations and simulations to validate designs Create detailed drawings and specifications for manufacturing Collaborate with other engineers and designers to optimize designs Conduct testing and analysis to ensure product performance meets requirements Provide technical support to manufacturing and production teams Stay current on industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical design Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices Experience with FEA and simulation software Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
