Adecco is hiring immediately for Manufacturing Associates at a local client in Racine, WI. Manufacturing Associates do essential jobs with one of our premier clients in a state-of-the-art facility, with rates starting at $16.00-$19.00/hr., plus available overtime. In this role, you will be an integral part of our production team, responsible for assembling and inspecting components to create finished products. Your duties will include following assembly instructions, operating hand and power tools, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. This position offers an excellent entry point into the manufacturing industry, providing the opportunity to learn valuable skills and contribute to the production of high-quality goods. Requirements: + High School Diploma or GED + This position is Entry-level, no experience necessary + Previous assembly experience preferred + Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions + Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
