Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Delivery Driver to join our landscaping team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering mulch, soil, stone, and other bulk landscape materials to client properties, as well as transporting landscaping equipment and tools to job sites for the production team. This position plays a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company trucks and delivery vehicles to transport:

  • Bulk landscape materials (e.g., mulch, topsoil, stone)

  • Landscaping equipment and tools

• Deliver materials and equipment to residential and commercial client sites in a timely manner

• Load and unload trucks using proper equipment and safety procedures

• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain clean, safe equipment

• Maintain accurate delivery logs, schedules, and material records

• Communicate effectively with the production team, logistics staff, and clients

• Follow all DOT, traffic, and safety regulations

• Assist with minor equipment maintenance and yard tasks as needed

Requirements

• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) – Required

• Clean driving record – Required

• Proven experience with delivery driving, preferably in construction, landscaping, or related industries

• Ability to safely operate dump trucks, trailers, and other large vehicles

• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in outdoor conditions

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills

• Self-motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience hauling bulk landscape materials

• Familiarity with basic equipment loading and securement practices

• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Regular bending, kneeling, and reaching required
