**Job Title: Line Worker** **Job Description** Join our team in a production manufacturing setting where you will be responsible for legibly writing and tracking order information, pulling part tickets, overseeing the production of plastic parts, and maintaining organization. You will also be involved in stacking, palletizing parts, and using rulers and tape measures. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted, walking up and down stairs, and conducting quality checks. **Responsibilities** + Legibly write and track order information. + Pull part tickets for current and completed runs. + Oversee the production of plastic parts. + Monitor machinery and keep parts organized. + Stack and palletize parts efficiently. + Use rulers and tape measures accurately. + Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted as needed. + Walk up and down three stairs to load hoppers. + Perform quality checks on parts hourly or as required. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of manufacturing experience. + Must pass a math/ruler/measuring test with 90% accuracy. + Comfortable lifting 50 pounds multiple times a shift. + Ability to work independently or as part of a team. + Experience with measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers. + High school diploma. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous machine operation experience preferred. + Hand and power tool knowledge. + Experience in extrusion, assembly line, and quality control is beneficial. + Previous experience with micrometers, calipers, and gauges is helpful. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a long-term job opportunity with a company that offers an amazing benefits package after 60 days and bonuses based on safety, quality, and timely parts delivery. Steel-toe shoes are required, and the facility provides a structured and organized environment for extrusion, extrusion operation, and fabrication operation. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waterville, OH. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
