**Job Title: Line Operator** **Job Description** As a Line Operator, you will spend the majority of your day seated at a station, applying and removing epoxy from circuit boards. You will also receive training in basic hand soldering to perform soldering tasks on circuit boards. This role involves using a microscope approximately 80% of the time and utilizing basic hand tools, such as screwdrivers and tweezers, to assist in the assembly of circuit boards. **Responsibilities** + Apply and remove epoxy from circuit boards. + Perform basic hand soldering on circuit boards. + Operate a microscope for detailed work approximately 80% of the time. + Use basic hand tools such as screwdrivers and tweezers for assembly tasks. + Maintain a clean and organized work station by spending 15 minutes at the end of each shift cleaning up. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + No prior assembly experience required. + Must be ITAR certified (US Citizens or permanent residents). **Work Environment** The work environment is a clean and organized manufacturing setting. The work station resembles a standing desk, equipped with all necessary tools and a microscope. Shifts run from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday - Thursday. The environment is designed to be comfortable, with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Anoka, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
