Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care
Location: Utica, NY 13502
Duration: 13 Weeks (high possibility of extension)
Shift: Days // Evenings // Nights
Compensation: $1,650 weekly (travel) | $1,387 weekly (local)
Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs.
Assess patient conditions, identify priorities, and adjust care plans as needed.
Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized care plans through ongoing assessments.
Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage overall patient care.
Document care accurately in accordance with standards and patient acuity.
Advocate for evidence-based care standards and support innovative care practices.
Deliver patient-centered care in alignment with professional nursing models.
Carry out other duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience in long-term care or similar setting.
Certifications (Required Prior to Start)
Active LPN license (NY)
BLS (AHA)
