What You’ll Do

• Create Connection: Welcome every student and their families with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
• Lead Engaging Tours: Highlight spacious floor plans, convenient layouts, and amenities designed for student life such as in-unit laundry, private study spaces, and secure access
• Stay in the Know: Keep up with Milwaukee’s off-campus housing market, Marquette’s academic calendar, and competing student housing options nearby
• Support the Team: Assist with marketing, social media, and campus outreach, plus help organize resident events like finals week snacks or community mixers
• Follow Through: Accurately manage leasing paperwork, process applications quickly, and keep communication clear and timely
• Champion Resident Satisfaction: Be a go-to resource for students whether it is about maintenance, roommate tips, or the best local coffee shop

Requirements

• A passion for working with students and helping them feel at home
• Prior experience in leasing, sales, hospitality, campus life, or customer service is a plus
• Strong communication skills in person, by phone, and via email or text
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using and learning modern leasing platforms
• Positive, energetic, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
