Janitor (PT) - HOAMCO (Sedona, AZ).

We are hiring two people for this part-time position in Sedona.

This position pays $20/hourly - Apply today!

Summary:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and sanitizing surfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and restock restrooms, break rooms and common areas.
• Empty trash receptables and recycling bins and ensure proper waste disposal.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and notify supervisor of inventory needs.
• Ensure entrances, hallways and work areas are free of hazards and clutter.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Lock and unlock buildings as needed for scheduled cleaning times.
• Report any security or safety issues to management immediately.

Qualifications:

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, punctual and detail-oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

Work Environment :

This position requires standing, walking, bending and lifting throughout the shift. Work is performed indoors and occasionally outdoors in various weather conditions.
