Job Description

1. Lead the entire recruitment process, including job posting, background check, employment approval, and onboarding procedures;
2. Handling labor contract signing, regularization process, resignation process, labor disputes, and employee satisfaction surveys;
3. Calculate monthly salary (including OT/personal income tax), declare social security (SSF), work-related injury insurance (WCF), and statutory benefits;
4. Coordinate with the Sino Thai team to handle visas/work permits for expatriates and promote cross-cultural communication solutions;
5. Organize new employee training, maintain training records, assist in executing performance evaluation processes, track performance results, maintain personnel files, and regularly update HR policies;
6. Coordinate and manage administrative related affairs;
7. Other: Complete temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
