A confidential healthcare organization is seeking a driven Healthcare Recruiter to help identify, hire, and retain top clinical talent. This role focuses on building strong candidate pipelines, managing full-cycle recruiting, and ensuring high-quality hires who support exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and hire qualified healthcare professionals across assigned territories
  

• Build and maintain a high-volume candidate pipeline under tight timelines
  

• Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and outbound sourcing to attract talent
  

• Conduct full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and placement
  

• Maintain consistent communication with prospective clinicians
  

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet staffing needs and support field operations
  

Minimum Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  

• Ability to quickly build rapport over the phone
  

• High sense of urgency with strong organizational and multitasking ability
  

• Driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working with diverse populations
  

• MediClear Certification or equivalent HIPAA certification REQUIRED
  

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; sales or recruiting experience a plus
