What You'll Do:
As a General Laborer – Harvest , you'll play a key role in bringing our crops from the field to the table. Your day-to-day will include:
Assembling boxes and totes, adding liners, and preparing for harvest
Packing fresh produce from the shaker belt and moving it for loading
Loading filled totes/boxes onto pallets for shipment
Inspecting fields to ensure they're clear of debris before harvest
Helping with field weeding as needed
Always wearing required PPE and following food safety policies
What We're Looking For:
At least 3 months of agricultural experience
A strong work ethic and reliability
Must be 18 years or older
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods
Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)
Willing to work flexible schedules – day, evening, or night shifts
