Job Description

Full Stack Engineer (Front-End)

Location: San Francisco, CA or remote
Type: Full-Time | Series A–D SaaS Startup Environment

About the Role

We’re seeking a Front-End Focused Full Stack Engineer (70–80% front-end, 20–30% backend) to join our fast-growing engineering team. In this role, you’ll architect and build intuitive, high-performance interfaces that empower non-technical users to access advanced product capabilities with ease. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team of designers, product managers, and ML engineers to deliver customer-facing products that drive growth and engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect and develop complex front-end systems using TypeScript and React.

  • Design and implement scalable features end-to-end for the next generation of marketing and growth products.

  • Collaborate directly with customers and internal teams to rapidly iterate on features based on real-world feedback.

  • Integrate backend APIs (Go + TypeScript) and data models for CRUD-level applications.

  • Work closely with ML engineers to surface meaningful insights and empower marketers with data-driven decision tools.

  • Contribute to architectural discussions and raise the engineering bar for product usability and reliability.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience , with a focus on front-end development.

  • Proven experience at fast-paced startups (Series A–D) building customer-facing SaaS products.

  • A clear trajectory of growth — from early contributions to ownership and promotions in previous roles.

  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React , with the ability to independently lead and architect large-scale systems.

  • Basic backend proficiency (CRUD-level applications) and understanding of API design and data modeling.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from a top 40 university (or equivalent technical experience).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience collaborating in tight feedback loops with design and product teams.

  • Familiarity with Go or modern backend frameworks.

  • Passion for building customer-first software and optimizing user experience.

Traits That Stand Out

  • Demonstrated loyalty and impact — at least two years of tenure in one or more of your last roles.

  • Excitement for working in high-growth, high-velocity environments.

  • Strong communication, curiosity, and a bias toward thoughtful action.
