Flatbed Truck Driver

The ideal candidate for this position will understand the day-to-day dynamics of landscape operations for new and existing landscape design, construction and maintenance for commercial and residential properties across Oahu Island, Hawaii.
Responsibilities:
· Drive the Company Flatbed Truck to jobsites, for maintenance and other needs of the business.
· Complete Landscape Construction projects to include but are not limited to: hand digging, grading, moving soils and gravel, machine operations, fence installations, concrete installations, irrigation system installation, reaching over head, and bending over.
· Follow assigned work and schedules.
· Must be self-motivated and able to build strong relationships with clients and employees.
· Always use a spotter when backing up or in tight areas
· Load and unload materials carefully. Ensure the materials show up on the job site on time and in good condition. Ensure the debris are disposed of properly
· Educate customers in regard to their lawn, irrigation, and pest control.
· Ensure quality work up to Company standards
· Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as pushing a mower, string trimming, pruning hedges, using blowers, applying pesticides and herbicides
· Assist at the shop to include sweeping, organizing, cleaning
· Take good care of our equipment. Ensure proper Oil & Gas Mixture and safe handling
· Perform other various duties as assigned.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
· Operate equipment, drive with trailer or other small equipment.
· Great communications in both verbal and written.
· Valid driver's license required.
· You must be professional and friendly, paying attention to detail, and take pride in your work.
· Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
