Job Description

Summary:
This role is responsible for setting up and servicing seller carryback and private loan accounts within the Account Servicing team. The position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with strong organizational skills and a background in banking, escrow, or account servicing. By ensuring accurate processing, communication, and recordkeeping, this role supports both customers and internal teams in achieving efficient loan servicing and compliance.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up new accounts and process requests such as verifications of mortgage (VOM), payoff statements, and reinstatement amounts.
• Manage changes to accounts, including modifications, assignments of beneficial interest, and assumptions.
• Handle customer calls and inquiries, providing accurate information and service support.
• Process payments, track paid accounts, and prepare lien releases.
• Maintain impound accounts for property taxes and insurance.
• Perform account calculations, including simple interest, using 10-key and related tools.
• Support department goals by completing additional assigned tasks as needed.

Experience You’ll Need:

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven organizational ability and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of banking, escrow, or account servicing processes.
• Proficiency in computer systems, with adaptability to paperless environments and evolving technology.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Skills in 10-key calculator usage and interest calculation.
