The Events Assistant will support the planning and execution of corporate and private events across the Nashville area. This role plays a key part in ensuring all event activities are organized, coordinated, and delivered with exceptional quality. Candidates should be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where organization and communication are essential.
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating event logistics, timelines, vendor arrangements, and onsite operations.
Maintain accurate documentation for event plans, budgets, and schedules.
Support event setup, breakdown, and overall venue preparation.
Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Help monitor event progress and address issues promptly and effectively.
Contribute to post-event evaluations and improvement recommendations.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
