Job Description



The Events Assistant will support the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of events. This role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to ensure that each event runs efficiently from start to finish. You will work closely with the Events Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences while maintaining Beloform’s premium standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination, logistics, and on-site execution of events.

  • Support the preparation of event materials, schedules, vendor documentation, and reports.

  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all event components align with project goals.

  • Help monitor event timelines, deliverables, and setup requirements.

  • Participate in venue research, budget tracking, and proposal preparation.

  • Provide administrative support including documentation oversight and post-event follow-ups.

  • Maintain Beloform’s quality standards and represent the brand with professionalism.
