We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Event Coordinator** to join our team in Madison, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events that align with our client’s objectives and our company’s standards. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, creative thinking, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**

  • Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, and client meetings from concept to completion
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal departments to ensure event success
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics
  • Prepare promotional materials, agendas, and event documentation
  • Oversee on-site event operations, setup, and breakdown
  • Handle post-event reports, feedback collection, and continuous improvement planning
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations during events

Qualifications

**Qualifications**

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination or a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning tools
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when required
