MB Attorney Search has been engaged by a nationally recognized law firm to conduct a search for a Trusts & Estates Associate with 1–4 years of experience to join its highly ranked estate planning group in Chicago, Milwaukee, or Madison .

You'll work closely with high-profile partners, receive direct client exposure, and contribute to cutting-edge planning strategies for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, business owners, and charitable organizations.

Estate Planning Attorney Duties:

• Draft estate planning documents for high-net-worth individuals, including wills, trusts, and business succession plans
• Counsel clients on income, gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer (GST) tax matters
• Assist with probate and trust administration for taxable and non-taxable estates
• Draft charitable giving documents and advise tax-exempt organizations
• Prepare federal gift and estate tax returns

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• At least one year of experience in estate planning for high-net-worth clientele but not more than five years of experience.
• Strong writing, interpersonal, and project management skills
