Job Description - Serve as the primary point of contact for the Orders team during business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST). - Manage incident tickets and requests via ServiceNow, Zoom, and email. - Handle routine maintenance tasks, including: Break-fix tickets Care team requests Quick optimization tasks Order set updates - Shield the full-time team from ad-hoc requests and busy work. - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
